Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition Management

When attempting to create an Internal Requisition for some specific cases,
the following error is shown:

ERROR
Row 1 Error - Row validation method failed for row with key oracle.jbo.Key[368775 ] in RequisitionAM.PoRequisitionLinesVO

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement.
2. Attempt to create an Internal Requisition and the error is shown
