ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to Reopen a rejected prospective supplier registration page, the corresponding "Reopened Supplier Request"
page does have the breadcrumb navigation for "Prospective Supplier Registration" page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the "Reopened Supplier Request" page has the breadcrumb navigation for "Prospective Supplier Registration" page.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to reopen a rejected supplier registration page.
2. See that the "Reopened Supplier Request" does not have a breadcrumb navigation.
