Values of Organization & Location are disappearing after saving tax category in india tax details form of AR Transactions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Organization and location should not get removed and get saved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------
1. Create AR transaction
2. Navigate to India tax details form
3. Provide tax category, organization and location values
4. Save the details
