During EBS Cloud Manager Advanced Provisioning Getting Warning on Validate Required Patches Task (Doc ID 2756920.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On EBS Cloud Manager 20.2.1.0.2, when running Advanced Provisioning to provision a new EBS environment, got an warning during
Configure application tier >  Validate application tier > Validate required patches task.

Note : Cloud Manager Execution Status was set as Successful and Advanced Provisioning ended successfully.

From the EBS Cloud Manager log : validateAppTier.log below warning message is shown.

x.x.x.x [WARNING] - Missing apps patches : 27091621,31081204
x.x.x.x [WARNING] - Required apps patches are missing. Few of the middle tier services may not be started.


Steps
1. Run Advanced Provisioning from EBS backup using EBS Cloud Manager 20.2.1.0.2
