ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Missing Safe Harbor columns for some months on the Benefits ACA 1095 Summary Integrator worksheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect columns for every month in the year to be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Authoritative 1094C.
3. Enter the search parameters for the reporting Year and GRE.
4. Click the Create button.
See that the generated spreadsheet is missing the months of May, June, September, October, November, and December.
