The error is found in the Retropay (Enhanced) process log.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From US HRMS Manager responsibility, navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

2. Select Retropay (Enhanced) and run the process
