Last Update Date In OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL Table Is Not Changed After Ship Confirm For Non-Shippable Lines (Doc ID 2757358.1)

Order with Non-Shippable lines under a PTO KIT are updated with SHIPPED_QUANTITY and ACTUAL_SHIPMENT_DATE immediately after Ship Confirm. However, LAST_UPDATE_DATE in the OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL tabe is not changed.
LAST_UPDATE_DATE for Shippable lines and a PTO KIT Parent line is changed when there are updates to the SHIPPED_QUANTITY and ACTUAL_SHIPMENT_DATE columns. However, for Child Non-Shippable lines, the LAST_UPDATE_DATE is not changed.

What is the expected functionality and behavior?

LAST_UPDATE_DATE is also changed along with SHIPPED_QUANTITY and ACTUAL_SHIPMENT_DATE for Non-Shippable lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2, Enter, Book, Pick Release order where there exists PTO Kit with non-shippable lines.
3. Perform Ship Confirm process of a line which has non shippable part under a PTO KIT.
4. In sales Order form query order and see that there is no last update date is populated on non-shippable lines.
