Symptoms

When running Create Accounting foe a Credit Memo, the following eror shows:


Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Distribution Gain GL Account owned by Oracle.

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Credit Memo Distribution GL Account owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Control > Requests > Run

  1. LOV: Create Accounting
