Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, WMS, Shipping & Transportation

There are approximately 8 sales orders that are in AWAITING_SHIPPING, but cannot be Ship Confirmed.
The Delivery_Detail_ID exists, but cannot create a Delivery for these order lines. Delivery Detail is at Staged.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Expect to be able to Pick and Ship these Lines

STEPS
The issue cannot be reproduced at will with new orders. Multiple orders that are impacted.
