Transactions created for customer having registration number as "GBxxxxxxxxx" then the request CLE: Invoice Data Extract - XML program is not fetching the transactions.

Expects the report should pick the transactions for customer having registration in format "GBxxxxxxxxx"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Receivables
2. View > Request > Submit CLE: Invoice Data Extract - XML program
3. Verify output
