ORA-12514 Error Message Shown When Entering Apps Password During Cloud Manager Create Backup Window (Doc ID 2758548.1)

Actual Behavior
On EBS Cloud Manager : when trying to create backup from advanced provisioning made EBS environment running on OCI,
from the create backup window after entering the Apps password the window shows the following error message.

Database connection failure.
Error(s): ORA-12514

1. EBS environment that is aimed for backup via Cloud Manager is up and running for both Application tier and Database tier
2. User can actually login to EBS application itself
3. Application server hostname has been changed recently along with context file modification.

1. On the EBS Cloud Manager, open Create Backup window from Provisioned EBS Environment
2. Enter Apps password
