Error In Java Page When Updating Item Using Change Order (Doc ID 2758738.1)

Symptoms

While updating  item via changer order, scrolling up and down causes below error

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Development Manager > Item Simple Search > Search Item
2.Create Change order > Select modified attributes > Submit Change order
3.Go to Item > Click on Inventory/WMS attribute Group
4.Select new ECO and Click Go
5.Now scroll down and up , Java error is coming
