Package body of JAI_APEX_JSON_PKG is becoming invalid for 12.2.x patches with the below error:-

Error:
------
PLS-00201: identifier 'JAI_APEX_JSON_PKG' must be declared
PLS-00304: cannot compile body of 'JAI_APEX_JSON_PKG' without its specification

Note:- This is specific to 12.2.x patches
