Symptoms
Users are not able to see the table name in record history in the Expenditure Inquiry form.
The expectation is that users will be able to see the table name in the record history in the Expenditure Inquiry form.
STEPS

1. Log into a Project Accounting Responsibility
2. Navigate to Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > Project or All
3. Enter query information'
4. Click Find
5. Navigate to Help > Record History
