Unable to Save Phone Number in Self Service HR Mobile Application (Doc ID 2758951.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:

In the SSHR Mobile app after updating the mobile number and saving, it is not getting saved.

Expected Behavior:

In the SSHR Mobile app after updating the mobile number and saving, it has to be saved.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Mobile Employee Self-Service

  2.  Navigate: My Information > Click Pencil Icon
     
  3.  Update Mobile Number: 10 digits no dashes > Click Done
