ReOpen Award Functionality Is Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2759114.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Requisition

In CLM Buyer Work Center in Negotiations when attempting to perform ReOpen Award the following exception error occurs:

Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CLM Purchasing Buyer Work Center > Negotiations tab > Locate RFQ with closed status and PO created
2. Click Actions: Reopen Award
3. Application errors
