Symptoms

EBusiness Suite (EBS) users linked with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Single Sign-On (SSO). (Users may also be synchronized from Active Directory (AD) to OID.)

Some users fail to login to EBS with error:
