When attempting to run Create Accounting for Accruals,
the following error occurs.

The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.  Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply patch 30554810:R12.PN.C.

2. Logon to a Property Manager Responsibility.

3. Run Concurrent Request 'Create Accounting'. Navigation: Other > Run.

4. View Output and find Out of Balance journal created for Lease Accurals.

Due to this issue, users cannot post Accrual journals in General Ledger.
