APP-AR-11386 Error When Trying To Complete a Transaction in Receivables (Doc ID 2759191.1)

When attempting to complete a transaction after incompleting it
the following error occurs.

APP-AR-11386: The Primary Salesperson is invalid with the current Transaction Date

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

1. Query a complete transaction.
2. Incomplete it by clicking incomplete button.
3. Make any necessary changes.
4. Attempt to complete it again.
5. Get the error message.

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the transaction
