Database Clone 19c: ORA-65149: PDB name conflicts with existing service name in the CDB or the PDB (Doc ID 2759517.1)

Symptoms

The step to rename the PDB when cloning a Multitenant database using Rapid Clone, found in Doc ID 2560690.1, is failing when attempting to create the pluggable database TEST.

ERROR
