Symptoms

In order to perform RapidClone of EBS R12.2.9 env with a CDB, when executing perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier on the target DB server, the following error occurs:

ERROR: User can not perform the 'dbTier' and 'database' operations on multi-tenant database.



STEPS
-----------------------
perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier
