Award Screen is Allowing Both Need-By And Period Of Performance For A Single Schedule, it Should Only Allow One or the Other (Doc ID 2759720.1)

Symptoms

Users are allowed to enter both the  "Need-By Date"" and ""Period of Performance Date" "for a single schedule.

Users should be forced to choose one or the other. There is currently no validation at save, validate, or submit for this issue.



Steps to Recreate the Issue


  1. Create an Award and Add line(s)
  2. Go to schedule tab
  3. Enter both a need by date and also enter a period of performance date
  4. Save the award 
  5. In the Top Actions menu-choose "Validate Document" action - notice this does not throw any warning or error
