R12.2 - Updated XML / Data Template Not Being Used When Generating CLM Document PDFs (Doc ID 2760048.1)

While printing PDF, currently seeded data definitions are being used. Though the template (pdf data template) is picked based on the template configured in the Document Styles page, internally the data source definition (the query to fetch xml) is used from the seeded data definitions. For example, 'Award data template' is used for fetching xml in case of Award printing. This issue is there for Awards, IDVs, PARs and Solicitations and their respective modifications.

When customer customizes the data definition template and uses it in the pdf template, then the customized data template should be used instead of using the seeded one.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the XML Publisher Administrator responsibility, go to Data Definitions page and create a new data definition. Then use this data defintion and create a new Template.
2. From CLM application, Go to Document Styles page in CLM Purchasing responsibility. Give the above created template for a combination like SF1442 and COM.
3. Create an Award and try to print the PDF.
4. Find that it still takes the old template
