Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Enterprise : Administration

Incorrect Time Zone in BIP
 Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 (build:20200916.1143) Time Zone used for filters and display shows GMT -07:00
Preferences Time Zone was set to GMT -08:00

Changes

 America/Dawson time zone has changed to permanent GMT-7. This was being used to indicate PST in OBIEE/BIP setup. After the change PST was an hour off.
