--The BOL Number shows as Blank

5. While on the ‘Contents by Delivery’ tab – Click on ‘Detail’ button in above screen to display the ‘Legs’ tab
6. Click on the ‘Detail’ button to Open up the ‘Bill of Lading’ Form
--The ‘Date Issued’ field shows as Blank

7. The WSH_DELIVERY_LEGS table show DOC_DATE_ISSUED as NULL and LAST_UPDATE_DATE as 24-FEB-2021

--delivery_id: 2584357
--doc_date_issued = 25-FEB-21
--creation_date = 24-FEB-21
--last_update_date = 24-FEB-21
