Symptoms

The users are populating tables for the PDS (Procurement Data Standard) interface to create awards

When processing a new award which contains a unit price with more than 2 decimal places, the extended amount of the line is not rounded to 2 decimal places. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. Use the PDS Interface to create an award with line price of 3 or more decimals
  2. Review line amount-not rounded to 2 decimals
