PM Schedule Are Duplicating And Creating Incorrect Work Orders (Doc ID 2760204.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, PM

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In reviewing the old cloned instance versus production, the customer see PM Schedule are duplicating and creating incorrect Work orders.
This occurs when the previous work order was completed. The forecast should be for 2021 but work order is created in 2020.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No duplicate work orders should be created.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reviewing the old cloned instance versus production.
2. When previous PM work order is completed, new one is created with start/completion date of 2020.
