Problem Statement

Following Brexit, how to allow end users to control Intra European Union (EU) country codes as this is required
for Purchasing VAT register report. Currently, all country codes do not exists.

Steps for replication
----------------------
Run F224 Purchasing VAT Register process for Countries
where observed that unable to run for all the countries as the selection of values is hardcoded.

Expected Behavior
---------------------
Adhering to Brexit change, it should allow end users to control EU Country codes.
For Brexit changes, ensure Country Codes are properly created in Lookup Type='JEES_EURO_COUNTRY_CODES'.
