UPK Error Roles.xml Not Found (Doc ID 2760386.1)

Symptoms

On : UPK 12.1.0.1 version, 


EBS is upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8. In 12.1.3, we were using UPK version 3.6.1. After the EBS Upgrade, imported the ODARC file into UPK version 12.1.0 and published the contents. Deployed the published content into EBS 12.2.8 environment, however the UPK is showing the below error after clicking on Help.

Launch UPK from EBS help link

Changes

 EBS environment is upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 and imported the ODARC file into UPK version 12.1.0
