ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After DB upgrade to Oracle 19C, Funding request page is having performance issue after click the contract number on search page
Loading of Funding Request page taking 3 to 5 minutes after DB upgrade to Oracle 19C , earlier it was taking 2-3 seconds to open the instance
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that funding request should open in less than 3 seconds
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OLM responsibility -> Lease -> Risk Management -> Funding Request.-> Search via Contract Number
2. Click on the Contract Number
3. Loading of the Funding Request took 3 to 5 mins
