Information in this document applies to any platform.
Unable to view log or out file in the concurrent manger when tried to view the first time, but can view the same files when it is opened the second time.
Following error occurs when view the log or out file:
There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_APPLTOP_xx_xxxxxxx. may not be running.
Please contact your system administrator.
Upgraded database from 11g to 12C for Oracle E-business Suite (12.2.9)
