Symptoms
Unable to view log or out file in the concurrent manger when tried to view the first time, but can view the same files when it is opened the second time.
Following error occurs when view the log or out file:
An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_APPLTOP_xx_xxxxxxx.
There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_APPLTOP_xx_xxxxxxx. may not be running.
Please contact your system administrator.
