Symptoms


When attempting to interface a sales order line to Inventory, the following error occurs.

ERROR: NO SERIAL RECORDS FOUND FOR TRANSACTION_TEMP_ID

ISSUE SCOPE

--------------------
The item is serial controlled and has 'Serial Number Generation' - At Receipt'. Issue observed for single order .

The issue cannot be reproduced at will for other orders. This occurred during the Interface Trip Stop for this sales order line.
