Component Pick Release doesn't recognize components to be picked


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the pick release to recognize components to be picked

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


There are unpicked components for a job, but pick release doesn't recognize them.

User can do a transfer and issue material to the job but pick release doesn't see the shortage or the available material.
