ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a work request and sending it for approval, the approver rejected it. However, the requestor is not able to update Request Details afterwards.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Allow requestor to change the details and send the work request to approval again without creating a new work request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) The user creates a work request and sent this for approval
2) The approver reviews the request and if he does not agree with some information and reject the request the request back to the requestor
3) The requestor is not able to change any details of the request
4) Goal – It’s possible the requestor change the details and sent the request to approval again , without create a new request
