Symptoms

When PJI_PJP_SUMMARIZE_PRTL: PRC: Refresh Project Performance Data is run the following error is encountered in the log:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (PJI.PJI_TIME_CAL_PERIOD_U1) violated

NOTE: The program is spawned by the PRC: Update Project Performance Data process.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run

2.  Select Name = PRC: Update Project Performance Data and submit.
