Symptoms

Problem Statement:
One time card cannot be deleted from timekeeper, due to below error:



APP-HXC-366506: ERROR status timecard cannot be deleted if previously retrieved by an application


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OTL Timekeeper responsibility>Time Entry
2. Query the issued timecard
3. Try to delete
