Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation
Copy RFQ and receive :
Unexpected System Error
Please report the following error to the System Administrator for further Analysis -&Error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sourcing : Negotiations -> search
2. RFQ -> copy the document
3. Error
4. FND Shows :
pon.plsql.pon_negotiation_copy_grp.copy_lines_and_children An error in the procedure. Error at:14. After Copying FORM FIELDS data :-6502 :ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind
