R12.2.x 'Journals - (132 Char)' and 'Journals - (180 Char)' Report Shows Page Numbers as 'Page: 1' Instead of 'Page: 1 of 1251'. (Doc ID 2761258.1)

Goal

In 12.2.x version, reports like Journals - (132 Char) and Journals - (180 Char) are showing as Page: 1.
However in R12.1.3 the same is showing as, Page: 1 of 1251. Is this expected behavior in 12.2.x?
