Goal

Qn1:Can you please confirm if Oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.interfaced get raised after data is interfaced to Inventory tables (MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS).

This will resolve the issue as i am able to transaction date is always earlier than creation date for Shipment Transcation in MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS
 
Qn2:So if i have Synchronous Subscription and its refering MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS table for that delivery id... Would it be able to get the data or MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS will be populated later
