No method with signature - No method with signature - initCachedRow(class java.lang.String) displays when attempting to publish an Financial Statement Generator (FSG) Report Set via Report Manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Report Manager Report Set to publish successfully.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit Report Set via the applications.
2. Log into Report Manager and choose "Report Set Publish"
3. Select the report set name which was run via the applications.
4. Check the box “Publish”, error displays.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publish a report set via Report Manager.
