FRM-41072: Can Not Create Group Error While Entering Customer Contact In Service Contract

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to add a Contact Role and Name for a Customer from the Parties tab in the Service Contract, the following errors are
FRM-41072: Can not create Group contact_cust_record_group
FRM-41076: Error populating Group
FRM-41827: Group Does not Exists
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Contracts (R)
2) Create a contract and add a Contact Role and Name for a Customer from the Parties tab
3) Errors are thrown
Due to this issue, users cannot add the contacts and create the Service Contract
