Error While Saving The Task In The Service Request Form

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to change the Task Status to eg. Canceled in the Service Request form, the following error is displayed.
The request <Task Name> did not complete successfully.
Please refer to the Help>Diagnostics>Logging menu for
information about the cause of the request failure. If no
logging found, please enable logging on level Error and
execute the request again.
