Real Time Class 1A NICs Incorrect Calculated in Case of Negative Termination Payments

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When running QUickpay process, observed that Real Time Class 1A NICs is calculated correctly when Termination Payment over £30000 is a positive figure, but it is calculated incorrect when the amount is negative
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to UK HRMS Responsibility
- Query employee>Assignment>Entries
- Add a custom termination payment element with value 2500 for Jun 2021
- Run quickpay. Check run results. Real Time Class1A NICs calculated as expected: 350
- Add a custom termination payment element with value -2500 for Jul 2021
- Run quickpay. Check run results.Real Time Class1A NICs calculated incorrect: -349.99. Expected value is -350
