Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Supplier Profile Management

Error occurs when inactivating contacts

Receiving the following error message when trying to inactivate 2 contacts for same supplier site.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failed to update contact: This record in table hz_org_contacts cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Management Administrator > Supplier Home
2. Search for Supplier 
3. Contact Directory > select contact  and hit ‘Update’.
4. Add an ‘inactive date’ and hit ‘Apply’.
5. Normal warning appears, hit ‘Confirm’.
6. Error message received.
