While using the account inquiry form, the  menu: Action is displayed where OPM Drilldown can be seen but is greyed out and cannot be used.

The following notes are in regard to this menu item and are specific to 11i:

GLXIQACC Drilldown Button Grayed Out for OPM Journal Sources (Doc ID 230348.1), where it notes:
To drilldown to OPM transactions in 11i, from the account inquiry form, use the Actions menu option and then select OPM drilldown. Please check Note 402590.1.
