Symptoms
When attempting to Post Mass Addition for mass addition records set to COST ADJUSTMENT (ADD TO ASSET)
the following error occurs in the output:
ERROR

You cannot expense an adjustment to an asset for which you have already Amortized an adjustment
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Accounts Payable:
User has ran the job Create Mass Additions to interface records to Oracle Assets interface table fa_mass_additions
2. From Oracle Assets user has then updated the record as:
M: Mass Additions>Prepare Mass Additions. Pull up the mass addition record and populate the field ADD TO ASSET with an asset number to add this cost to. SAVE
3. From Oracle Assets responsibility, M: Mass Additions>Post Mass Additions
Run the Post Mass Addition program for the book.
Output shows the record failure with error " You cannot expense an adjustment to an asset for which you have already Amortized an adjustment"
