Symptoms

When attempting to update a lease
the following error occurs.

ERROR

PN_LEASE_SCHITEM_ERROR(API_NAME=) (LEASE_ID =XXXXXX)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Property Manager Resposibility

2. Open Form Lease Workbench

3. Query the lease

4. Attempt to update the lease
