TeleSales Quote Search Not Returning Expected Results (Doc ID 2762932.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, FORMS User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to Release 12.2.8 from Release 12.1.3,
  the Quotes tab in eBusiness Center is not returning the same results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to find the same number of quotes when searching in R12.2.8, as were returned when searching by the same customer in R12.1.3

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter customer name in the organization field in EBC
2. Customer address information is displayed
3. Click on quote tab
4. No transactions displayed

 

Changes

 Upgrade from Release 12.1.3
