Symptoms

When opening the Asset Workbench and choosing Financial Inquiry, the form fails to open for all assets and presents the following error:

APP-OFA-48289 Unknown Error  Please contact your System Administrator

Menu path:  Assets : Asset Workbench, choose Financial Inquiry


Changes

 This is most likely to occur in the first period of a new fiscal year, before Depreciation has been run.
