On : 12.2.4 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find Business event oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.interfaced was not automatically triggered in UAT instance but it is working fine in Production.

Compared the shipping parameter,business event and subscription setups of UAT with Prod and there is no difference between them.
We could also see the corresponding agent listeners of the event is up and running fine in UAT.
Other WSH events(oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.create and oracle. oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.interfaced ) are also getting triggered in UAT instance automatically.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Business event oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.shipconfirmed to be triggered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate business event and find it is not triggering.
